We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be approved before being sent.

We do not accept returns on custom items, personal care products, sale items, or gift cards.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at themoonessences@gmail.com so we can make it right.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
